With all the roads closed around Mayo, they allowed me to keep my vehicle in the ramp for hours past check-out. The staff cleaning the rooms was very helpful. As I stepped into the hall, I realized I had left my key inside. The man who was in the room across the hall saw it and was kind enough to open the door for me so I didn't need to go to the front desk. I would definitely stay there again. The room was very quiet, and there is a tunnel which takes you all across the Mayo campus without going outside. "
