"My husband and I love the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land Waikoloa - this trip was our 2nd visit! The pools are absolutely beautiful, set in the prettiest tropical landscaping I’ve ever seen at a resort. They also provide daily activities and live entertainment every evening! As for the upscale rooms, they are equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation."

"My husband and I had a wonderful one week stay at Fairmont Orchid. The weather was perfect mid October, and this area is generally very dry. We were looking to unwind and only rented a car for one day to go visit Volcano village and the botanical gardens in Hilo. I do recommend a one and a half hour scenic drive to the beautiful gardens. Snorkeling in the hotel lagoon was an amazing experience. There are so many turtles there and different kinds of fish. The hotel provides snorkeling equipment free of charge. Do not forget water shoes for swimming. I saw many sea urchins. There were plenty of chaises in the shade as well as in the sun, and you could also rent covered chaises as well as private cabanas. The food is good but it’s better at the neighboring Mauna Lani for the same money. The shuttle will take you there free of charge. You can walk there along the beach. We enjoyed both resorts. Fairmont guests are welcome at Mauna Lani. Overall, great relaxing time."

"This was the perfect place for our family. We loved the location in Mauna Lani as we were able to walk to shopping and restaurants. The lanai was a wonderful place to have morning coffee and tea while just relaxing. Beach club access is a plus as the Mauna Lani Beach Club is a great place to snorkel or just relax. We would definitely stay here again."

"Incredible accommodations and hosts. Cannot recommend this location and hosts more. Nicely secluded and private space for families to relax at the pool and multiple lanais. Close to airport, Mauna Launi Beach club, shopping sites, and excellent restaurants. Space was large enough for us to relax with my parents and 4 kids. Kimby was very prompt in getting back to me about inquiries regarding our stay. Would absolutely book here with Kimby and Ken again!"

"Jim and Helen were great to work with. They answered questions in a timely manner and were open to receiving feedback about the condo. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood which is great. We found out, though, that the HOA is watching. Having a full set of HOA rules would be good to share with the guests. After we were notified of our towel violation, we were surprised about a few other rules that we were not aware of.Unfortunately, the lady who lives upstairs is a very early riser and has a heavy-footed walk. We could hear her vacuum at 7 AM, hear her shower at 6 AM, hear her walk around, move furniture, and even some jumping. If you are here for sleeping in as we were, this is not ideal. It was a nice place, great neighborhood that was conveniently located by Foodland. The housecleaning could be improved upon, which we did share with Jim and Helen."

"Great place to stay for 8, extremely well-equipped for beach days and outings. Lovely relaxed, calm beach, and easily accessed via car. Accessible via walking (0.7 miles). A little far, but scenic. Beautiful, beautiful pool too. Good home location that is a little quieter and private than other nearby areas. Host is extremely responsive, like almost all hours of the day, leading up to and during the stay. Kitchen is well-stocked, and a starter pack of supplies is provided, which is very helpful. Nice private grill attached to the unit as well."

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Big Island. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The location was one of our favorite parts. It was peaceful and quiet while still being convenient for exploring the island. We especially loved being so close to the Mauna Lani area and having easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other nearby attractions. It made a great home base for all of our adventures around the Big Island.Parking was easy and convenient, and the entire check-in and stay went smoothly. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed.After long days of hiking, snorkeling, sightseeing, and exploring the island, it was great to come back to such a comfortable and relaxing place. We made some amazing memories on this trip and really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely stay again on a future visit to the Big Island!"
