"This hotel is always a nice spot. My go-to in Chicago. It is consistently clean, the food selection at Hoyt’s is great and Juan is a wonderful server there. I typically arrive late but my room is always ready and I have no issues with amenities or location in the city. Love Royal Sonesta"

Very old frame Overall, an initially delightful stay that ultimately disappointed. Would not come back"
