「FOOD: Most of our food arrived cold or lukewarm, even when sitting under warmers. Room service pizza was the worst rubbery pizza we’ve ever had—and, of course, cold. Italian food lacked flavor, and poolside and beach orders were usually cold. The Asian restaurant and steakhouse were the only places where food was consistently closer to hot, although even the skillet rolls weren’t hot. Our burgers were only served hot once. We were extremely disappointed, especially since positive food reviews...

「Very good services」

「This place was amazing. So happy to have stayed here. The staff was impeccable. So kind and helpful. I loved everyone and everything. Ten out of ten!!!」

「Hotel was so nice as always but they're still under construction for repair and improvement from Harricane Oldie, September in 2014... But, great location and service in this area.」
