「I was very satisfied with my stay. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and the front desk staff kindly explained everything to me, even though my English wasn’t very fluent. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Disney World.」
「The hotel outside and inside is very clean and the checkin staff was outstanding, she explained everything, was super helpful and even had my room ready earlier than check in time. My room was perfect, king size bed with very large sofa separate area with a mini kitchen area . The a/c worked perfect ,bed was comfortable and room was quiet. I would stay here again and was very happy with everything about this hotel.」
「Exceptional! However, there is no microwave in the rooms. No iron or ironing boards. Had to request for iron. There was no sheets/blanket available for the sofa beds. Had to request for them and attendant brought them quickly to our room.
Further, some cleaners couldn’t communicate in English. Had a hard time communicating with them. 」
「The property itself was great. We didnt stay in the room for very long but check in was seamless and quick, parking was no issue and the location was ideal for our time at the Disney Parks. The room itself looked slightly barren as if furniture that used to be in the room was no longer there but thats all」
「ホテル周りにはウォルマートやIHOPやCVS等いろいろありました。CVSへはランドリー側のドアから行くと近いです。
ホテル自体は簡単な朝食もあり、コーヒーマシンは24時間使えるし、クッキーも美味しくとても快適でした。虫がたくさん出るという口コミがあったのでワクワク期待してたのですが、全く出なくて残念でした。
私達のミスで夜の12時頃に迷惑をかけてしまったのにも関わらず、フロントのレオさんが優しく丁寧に対応してくれました。とにかくホテルスタッフは皆さん優しいです！行くことがあればまた利用したいです。

We received wrong information from them several times.
As there is no room which has Microwave in this hotel,
it could be not convenient for the family who has small kids.
(If you really want to use Microwave, they gonna charge you for USD30 per day...) 」
