This is the best place my family has ever stayed. It was clean and comfortable, the hotel was modern with the most amazing views. The staff were all so nice and when they saw us Checking in with our 5 year old they brought him his own robe and slippers for the onsen. We are going to make it a point to come back here.

Great room with a stunning view of Mt. Yotei ! Just could not get enough of that . Food options were great too since I do not eat authentic Japanese food . And the Onsen is wonderful .

We stayed at Midtown for a week and it was great. They make it really easy to get around town with the free shuttle that runs on a frequent & consistent basis. Their ski room was clutch, saved us a ton of room in our actual room. The staff was incredibly helpful when it came to coordinating a bus to take us back to Sapporo, scheduled a small internal shuttle to take us to the Welcome Center in time.
