"We booked this hotel because it was very cheap. It had tons of amenities, full kitchen, laundry. This is far from hotel quality. It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch. The kitchen counter, stove, fridge, microwave were all dirty with food...

"The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)"

"I’ve traveled all around the world staying in air b n b’s. By far this one was the very best BEST! Zero issue, centrally located, yet very private. Clean, had all the amenities I needed, the host was very attentive to us when we needed him. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay here!!!! Was an awesome 12 days here in Tokyo. "Awesome host, Mr. Mun is. 3 bed plus sofa bed (one being about queen size) was more than what we, 4 adult family, needed. 2 toilets and 2 showers, washer/dryer, and separate living area. Walkable to 2 near by train stations in 10 min and many restaurants nearby. Even the weather got so much better when we got to Tokyo gor 6 days. Recommend ROOMS for 3 or more people groups."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, there is a restaurant downstairs and the in-house bakery was perfect for breakfast. We used the laundry facilities (coins are needed). There is a convenience store close by. Location wise, most days we needed to walk to Shinjuku station (15 minute walk) to get where we needed. We loved the Shinjuku Chuo Park across the road, it was lovely to walk in. "

"Great location (directly adjacent) to the National Stadium and within walking distance (2-5 minutes) of numerous trains for quick and easy access to all of the amazing sights of Tokyo. The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our 16 day Japan visit (Family of 4). Rooms are small (typical for Major cities) and double pane windows block out all outside noises. Views from all of the rooms are good except those on low floors looking directly at the highway."
