"Continental breakfast NOT offered at this location. Front desk staff MISERABLE. not all rooms ‘newly renovated’. Elevator located OUTSIDE of the lobby and wasn’t even offered to us on check in day-I found it a few days later. We had to drag all of our luggage up a flight of stairs. Ice machine 2nd fl broken. Our ac unit broke on day 2 - the unit was plugged in w an extension cord but maintenance did ‘fix’ it. Towels are treated like gold- one evening they didn’t have any and I was told to FIND the housekeeper myself. Front desk told me she went ‘that way’. I DID eventually find housekeeping and got towels. No drawers for clothes. Lastly…. WEED. I assume it was only in the evening since that’s when we were in the room, but it was ALL evening. You definitely get what you pay for. Won’t be returning. "

"The mattress is only fit for a dog , maybe The bathroom sink is clogged Only 2 bath towels No hand towels to dry your hands No black out curtains Room is lit up at night from street lights No ice machine My room key didn’t work And the phone doesn’t work "
