「This was a short stay. We've stayed some of these condos before. This one was nice and clean. Happy to stay here again. 」

「You will LOVE this condo! It overlooks water and the beach. The view and price were unmatched. Run don’t walk to this one- we enjoyed every minute of this gated community condo. Also, the host was quick to respond with questions and was very hospitable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. The beds are super comfy too. Very relaxing! 」

「The place is cute with gorgeous views (except you can see right in the neighbors living room from the balcony) the tenants were nice but almost all in their late 60s-80s. Not many families so our kids didn’t meet any other kids. Great fishing and can see dolphins on the bay. Inside needs a little work - dishwasher and kitchen sink leaked . Master toilet was wobbly and tub didn’t drain properly. And bathroom door didn’t latch - also a painting was poorly mounted near front door and would get hot...

「We had an awesome time at Gulf Island. Beautiful view, cleanliness, convenient parking and such friendly people at the security gate. If I had to provide any negatives it would be that there weren't enough coffee mugs! I know this is unimportant but it seemed like we were constantly washing cups. Our agent Kim was excellent! Hope to stay here again.」

「Great house, everything ypu would need. Clean with a great setup to enjoy the river」

「Property was great! Two bedroom/1 bath was the perfect amount of space for hubby and me. We kayaked one day and rented a pontoon on another. Will be back to stay at the main house with daughter and grandson. Clean apartment on second floor with appropriate amenities. Privacy was acceptable between the apartment and main house. The river is gorgeous. We came a little late for prime manatee season but now we know better. Thank you for the peace and serenity of Manatee Cove. 」
