"Not the experience I expected from a Premium Resort. It started with the numerous text I received to register with Open Key in order to check in. The App didn’t work. I called the resort for help, got transferred around. It took 4 calls to reach someone to help. They are no longer using Open Key. We arrived around noon, the room wasn’t ready and were told they would text us. Never received a text. Went to the desk at 4pm, they told me to come back because the internet was down for three hours. I asked when, they didn’t know. I had to keep checking back to finally get a room at 5:30pm. Didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Everyday the beach was covered with sea grass, had to push it aside to get into the water. I prepaid for breakfast, was charged for gratuity for each day. The room was fine, the rest of the resort seemed dirty. We got frustrated with everything and checked out a day early. Book elsewhere, don’t waste your money here!"

"It was a great vacation. The sites and room were clean. Very family friendly and the shuttle back and forth into town and the onsite starbucks was also a plus. Would definently stay here again. "

"While there were 2 pools (one was adult-only), we spent our time on the private beach. We were there during the week (not weekend) and there were plenty of chairs/tables/umbrellas for us. "

"Room floors were gritty, tv was not working. The pool is very small, but adequate for children. Because of the location nat the end of the airport runway, noise of departing planes made it hard to carry on a relaxed conversation. Breakfast was ok, lunch or dinner offerings were expensive and barely palatable. "

"Wonderfull staff, shuttle service was a huge help getting around. The food at the pool was excellent. "

"Enjoyed myself here, the pool and hot tub were great. The onsite restaurant was delicious. Our room was clean and odor free. It was a great pick for our stay! "
