「Pros: Great location. Kitchen is well appointed. Showers worked well. Garage was well stocked with beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach mats, and cooler.) The golf cart was perfect to get to the local shopping center and to Mauna Lani and Black Sands beaches. Dual zone air conditioner. Pool area is beautiful and not too busy. 「We enjoyed a wonderful stay at HLI-12A. Located at the fairway of holes 6, the signature hole, we had a stunning view to the sea from our cozy balcony. The access to the club with the small fitness we appriciated much. The Appartement itsself was clean and comfortable. Thanks a lot for this great time.」

「Had a great time, nice clean place. Great for family.」

「We loved the location and what the owners did with the property. It was like an arboretum. Owners were very kind and helpful.」

「Our villa was clean and ready on time. It had all of the amenities we needed for the week with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fitness center and pool very near by the villa. The villa fit 5 of us easily and the 2.5 bath allowed for no congestion for a bathroom. Great location as it is 20-25 minutes from the airport, but has plenty of shops and ABC market less than 10 minutes away.」

「Wonderful communication. Super friendly. Clean upon arrival. Perfect location! Definitely will be visiting again!」

「The stay was amazing! The house was very clean and well prepared for our visit. The pool and the view from the pool was amazing. The KBM staff was very attentive and checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.」
