「2階の部屋であったが一階に住んでいる住人がおり、音に関しての苦情があり、いろいろと苦痛であった。入口のナンバーのカギに２回不具合があり、２度ほど日本の旅行者に連絡したがすぐに対応が難しいようで、とても困った。 幸い同行者が他のビラを使っていたので現地の友人を通じて現地の不動産会社に掛け合って４時間くらいかかって対応できた。 今までもほかのビラに泊まったが、最悪。 ABC棟はロケーションも悪く陰気。海まで歩いて20分かかるので、車で対応した。」

「We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and well furnished with everything we needed for trips to the beach and pool. The property manager was very responsive and check in and check out were a breeze. The location is great with the Fairmont in walking distance. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again!」

I have heard by reputation that the rules are very strict, but everyone around follows them, and because of that, the peace and quiet is preserved. It had everything we needed, and was the perfect place to recharge our energy to explore the big island! Wake up slowly, eat breakfast while watching the birds, go out...

「This is our 4th visit to this condo. Needless to say we love everything about it. We watch the various birds come onto the lawn in the morning as we enjoy breakfast on the patio. We love the access to Mauna Kea amenities - the beach is our favorite hangout. The check-in process is quick and seamless. South Kohala Management team makes everything so easy - they are so responsive. We love this place and will stay again in the near future.」

「Quiet second floor location. Comfortable bed and bedding. Covered lani and a garage were pluses. Pool was very convenient. Beach club access and restaurant as well as a scenic walking path were appreciated. Minor issues with garage code not working, leaking refrigerator and maybe upgrading the lani furniture with more comfortable seat cushions. Other that that, we loved the unit!」

「The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. 」
