We really enjoyed our stay for the week. Property was located close to town and yet felt secluded and open to the sights and sounds of ocean. It also served as a good home base as we explored the island. Early morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean and a glass of wine with the beautiful sunsets made the trip extra special.

House was very quiet with a quiet location. If you've ever stayed elsewhere on Ali'i Drive, you know it can be noisy. House was very clean. Check-in and out was easy. Location was good with easy access to major roads. House was very stuffy when checking in, but the ocean breeze and AC units made quick work. Had all the appliances, kitchen tools and equipment that you would need. We would stay there again.

this home is incredible. beautiful one of a kind setting right on the shore with a large deck overlooking the ocean. you can relax all day listening to the waves crash against the lava rocks. the view is amazing. sunsets are unobstructed and magnificent. there is a private use plunge pool right against the retaining wall and you can enjoy the sunsets while sipping some wine or a frozen cocktail wading in the pool. the house has everything you need and is well maintained and immaculate. there are two bedrooms downstairs with private keyed entrances and en suite baths so it’s great for couples sharing the property or teens that want to have their own space. the place is kinda hard to find the first time, but once you know your way the location is excellent. a short walk into the little town with multiple casual and tasty open air restaurants. property management was responsive and very friendly. highly recommend this property for a super stay in kona!

This is a great place. Unfortunately, with only food debris left in the kitchen trash can, there was an infestation of ants. Nothing was left on the counters and no cooking was done during our stay. The ants were in the place when we first arrived. We did not know they were there until we climbed back in our car and found the ants were all over us. Good Luck.

This is our third time at this home - For us the location is A+ - In the listing they highlight "Jacuzzi Tub" while there is a Jacuzzi Tub there it does not work, It did not work in June 2022 either. The Pool was very cloudy, prop mrg said it was safe to go in, but we did not use it this time as there was no reason the water should not have been crystal clear. Also there is some mold in the shower in the master bath. These items will not deter us from re-booking, but since the cost almost doubled from 2022, the attention to details should not be overlooked. Again the location is A+ and the views are incredible

While tough to find on the street (address and mailbox are obscured by neighbor's mailbox) the property is gorgeous and well-appointed. I had to solicit the door code rather than receive it just before our stay, but property management came through. It's a wonderful home and we found ourselves exploring less and hanging out more at the place.
