「Really nice room. Love the view of the ocean and all the boats and everyday life. Would love to have a hammock or sunbed at the balcony. Second time we stayed here. Perfect location. Everything is in walking distance.」

「We stayed three nights in the double room with shared terrace. The hotel is decorated with tons of colorful tiles from Puebla that makes us feel love of the owners for this place. Rooms and terrace are ocean view with hammocks and are very clean, and we enjoyed watching sunsets from the swimming pool. We can access to the beach right in front of the pool where is not a sandy white beach but we can enjoy snorkeling and is safe for small children. The island itself has been changing more and more...

「O hotel fica localizado na melhor localização do centro de Isla Mujeres, uma rua linda, iluminada, cheia de lojinhas e restaurantes. Ao virar a esquina, tem um supermercado, na outra esquina uma loja de conveniência. O rooftop do prédio conta com uma piscina excelente, com espreguiçadeiras, mesas e cadeiras. 「good hotel ,good staff and clean room. Comfortable and clean room. But the island's most beautiful beaches and attractions are on the north side, and the location of this hotel on the south side was a bit inconvenient.」

「Balu Hotel was amazing for our family! We live on the island and wanted to do a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We really appreciated the staff being so kind and welcoming. Loved that our dogs were allowed the rooms allowed easy access for them to go outside. The pool was great - our daughter couldn't get enough of it. The hotel itself was wonderful on its own, and it is in a fantastic district where you can walk to anything your heart desires - restaurants, parks, beaches. Already...
