「My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was lovely and incredibly cute!! 」

「Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. 」

「Spent a great few days staying in Linlithgow Cottages visiting family in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The cottage is well equipped and the surroundings are peaceful and picturesque. Francesco is a great host. Thank you.」

「The cottage was clean, well appointed and made for a pleasant stay. It is in the heart of the village with food and coffee shops very close by, and just a short walk to the local pub. The beach is 10 minutes walk away, and Gullane is a lovely spot to explore from. 」

「My husband and I loved our stay in this beautiful little cottage. The Cottage had everything needed for daily living and the kitchen was well equipped. Kinross is an amazing little town and the location is perfect. Dawn is a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here! 」

「All in all a nearly Perfect accomodation」

「We enjoyed our stay, the cottage was clean and modern with lovely views. Worked as a good base to visit Edinburgh, Sterling, Falkirk, St Andrews & Kinross. 」

「The house was in a great location, just 10 min walk from St Andrews Sq tram stop., With 7 people, we had plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable . Just a few min walk to several coffee shops. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh.」

「Excellent cottage, well equipped and had everything we needed. Well placed for seeing Fife. We would definitely recommend and return. 」

「After a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub. The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there. We were told that the drive was a wee bit tight but other than that, no issues」

「Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips.」

「We had a fabulous family stay over Christmas and New Year. Plenty of space to spread out for the whole family. Comfortable beds, clean and warm house with everything you need in a beautiful setting. Lots of wildlife in the grounds. Easy access to Edinburgh and the surrounding area. We’d happily return!」
