Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"I can’t really fault this place. My room was spotlessly clean and pretty spacious for Japan. The onsen was great - a nightly ritual I came to love. I didn’t eat at the hotel so no comment on the breakfast. It’s close to multiple metro lines, including trains direct to Kyoto. Easy to walk downtown or Umeda. I’d definitely stay here again with great pleasure. "

While the location is a bit of a walk from the nearest station, it’s well worth it if you don't mind a little exercise. The highlight was definitely the view: waking up to the sunrise over downtown Osaka with Utsubo Park in the foreground was unforgettable.
