「I was able to see the whole city from my room」

「all fine」

「Older resort. Not fancy but we found it charming. Staff were friendly and helpful.」

「I actually enjoyed this stay but won’t return.Any buffet food was very poor-tacos and omelette prepared upon request was what should be eaten.Drinks provided in rooms and at bars substandard. Service was good.Overall- poor conditions of amenities-a/c was barely working, rooms in disrepair. I enjoyed being one of 3 Caucasians- I enjoy the Mexican culture and interactions- most seemed to be compelled in Spanish. Seems an allocation, as many in PV, almost exclusively for locals. Not an issue but...

「Before booking property didn’t state they were under construction. Main pool was not open , restaurants were closed , along with that power went out for about two days and switching rooms seemed almost a mission as our party of 6 had to repeatedly return to the front desk to get new rooms . Two of our rooms for the last two nights didn’t have any hot water , and to make it any better one of our 6 got bit by a tick in the bed . Buffet was the same food different day , and again only the Italian...

「I could have spent a wonderful time there. Staff are so kind and they helped us a lot!」
