I just recently traveled to peurto vallarta. I had an amazing time.The hotel staff was exceptional.The rooms were exceptional. A pleasant stay, thank you! Very family friendly and comfortable, with delicious food, excellent drinks, and friendly staff. The facilities need some love (e.g., the pool tiles are coming off, there is damage from wear and tear in places), but the staff ensure it is all kept clean and comfortable. Happy that we chose this resort.

The AC in room are horrible. Barley get cold. Only one outlet in the room. Room smelled like sewer. Food was horrible and plain. Got sick from food. Drinks and food not worth the all inclusive price. Bar cups not properly sanitized between guests. The cups were just rinsed. Got 3 rooms between me and family. The only thing I enjoyed was the view and pool. Main lobby smelled horrible. Never will go back or recommend.

We recently spent three nights at Las Palmas by the Sea, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The resort’s beachfront location in Puerto Vallarta’s South Hotel Zone is ideal, offering easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The beach area was clean and easily accessible. The resort features two pools, including an adults-only pool, which provided a relaxing environment.

The staff were all wonderful and looked after anything we asked for. Little mix up with the room when we first checked in, but it was fixed immediately. The food was good with a lot of variety. We felt very safe and couldn't have asked for a better vacation.
