"We enjoyed our stay and found the food very good. The beach was lovely, our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the staff especially Saul who was the restaurant Capitan. He was helpful, friendly and always greeted us with a smile! The location is handy - halfway between Malecón and the airport- easy to get around and great walks along the beach. We had a kitchenette- well stocked but we enjoyed the food so we didn’t need it really. The one thing that could use improvement- the daytime staff on the front desk was not welcoming, helpful, or pleasant. Training in customer relations would be a good idea. "

"A few things about this place. The food was bland and they need to have something different than hot dogs and hamburgers. It is in Mexico so tacos and taquitos or even quesadillas. The buffet was just ok. The restaurants offer foods that you can pay for too but they were not tasty either. The staff was amazing tho and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I wished I would have known about the bar at the top of the hotel before we left it was nice. get there early so you can get a cabana. Have to say that Adult only was pretty nice too."
