"Yes everything was Fantastic! The staff couldn't have been Nicer! The all inclusive drinks (top shelf) and Food couldn't have been better. The one thing I would like to tell the Hotel is that you should tell the people that there is a short step about about a foot underneath the cercomerene of the pool for people to sit on. Unfortunately I didn't know it.wae there. And there were no worning Singhs about it anywhere around the pool. .l serverley bruised my tailbone but I didn't Tell anyone,.but there are a ton of people that would have for a Huge $ MONEY GRAB!! So post some signs around the outside of the pool or the next person who this happens to may cost you a fortune in in league experiences?"

"Rooms were a little older but very clean and everything worked and was well stocked. We were in a two bedroom suite with kitchen and where happily surprised the room even had a washer and dryer. Staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Lots of kids and kid activities. "

"Elevators were out and sometimes took a very long time to wait for one. Food was okay as well. Not the best but also not the worst. Check in process was simple depending on who you get. Some staff gave little to no explanation. Some restaurants are closed during certain days or times and re open. I thought this would be helpful for someone else to know. Also I don’t think there is fire alarms in the rooms. We had a housekeeper clean our room and she left a bag of food and snacks on top of the electric stove and it was on. When I went back upstairs to our room the room was FULL of smoke. No alarm went on very hard to breath. Did not get our purchases refunded by them. Would probably not stay here again. I love the one in Cabo not this one.."

"The room that smelled of sewage, the walls were falling apart and the room was full of dust. There were dead cockroaches and nothing about this place was all inclusive. There’s a buffet for breakfast and lunch with no pool side services. You have to make a mad dash to reserve 1 of 3 restaurants for dinner and if you’re lucky to get a reservation be ready to sit in an empty room and terrible service. Don’t dare ask for seconds because it’s an all inclusive after all. The staff at the bar and the kids area were kind and welcoming. The pools and kids areas were overcrowded and although I would see a lifeguard every now and then on the property I never saw one at the pool. Over all the stay is no where worth it if you are looking for a clean true all inclusive."
