「Over a year ago we reserved this lovely home and had to reschedule due to Hurricane Ian. This home was worth the wait. Central to all points of interest, easily accessible and in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Guillermo, was an absolute delight. The home is immaculately clean and the host is attentive and helpful when needed. I would highly recommend staying here, or at any property that is hosted by Guillermo. Thank you for a lovely weekend away.」

「We've chosen this beautiful house for our post cruise stay and it was the best decision ever! The house and surrounding property was breathtaking! Located in a quiet neighborhood filled with aboundance of wildlife. Not to mention all of the little things - extra inflatable beds, towels, beach chairs, bikes, etc. that were easily accessible and made our stay so much easier. Plus, Claudia is a great host, very approachable! I recommend 💯」

「We had an overnight stay on our way from the Everglades to Miami so we didn't really explore the neighborhood or immediate area. However, we found the unit to be very clean and comfortable and Maria, the host, was exceptionally friendly and helpful.」

「Andrew’s house is a super convenient starting place to explore the Everglades-very close to Ernest Coe and not a bad drive to Shark Valley. Also extremely convenient to Biscayne! The house has everything you could need, the pool and hot tub are wonderful, and Andrew was great with communication throughout.」

「Great property, great host, great location, mattresses need an upgrade. The queens/doubles need replacing. They're fine if you only have one person per bed, but they sag in the middle otherwise. There are a few things that need some additional work on the property (caulking replacement in a few locations, for example) so if you're a snob you might be offended, but the minor maintenance issues were not a reflection of the cleanliness, which was excellent. 「一般的なモーテル。 部屋に入ると、とても良い匂いがしました！(どこのメーカーのフレグランスだったのだろう？)。 電子レンジや冷蔵庫、バスルーム、その他の設備と部屋は、とてもきれいで清潔。 ドライヤーが動かなかったが、フロントに連絡すると、すぐに別のものを貸してくれました。 敷地内や朝食の部屋も、きれいに整えられていました。」

「Die Wohnung selber war toll. Einfach etwas spärlich eingerichtet mit Küchenutensilien. Zudem war es sehr sehr mühsam, dass die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit lief, auch nachts und nicht ausgeschaltet werden konnte. Das Haus ist eigentlich als Einfamilienhaus gebaut und es wurden nun drei Einheiten zum Vermieten daraus gmacht. Das ist nicht so toll, da die Wohnungen nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt sind und man so alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Sehr schade. 」
