"Layout of room was very inefficient. Extremely small bedroom... had to go thru closet to get to bathroom. Our daughter in living room had to knock on the tiny/miniature bedroom to get to the bathroom. Bathroom was outdated, really needs remodeling. Very clean and no bad smell that's to air freshener plugs in the bathroom and living room. Breakfast was decent... far from room and the lady helping guests seemed annoyed... lots of people for another extremely tiny room woth food, you had to swipe your room card to get Breakfast"

"Excellent stay. Super well located steps away from the Hollywood Boardwalk. Room spotless and in excellent condition, fully renovated. High quality shower and comfortable bed. Plenty of snacks available for a reasonable fee. Check-in expérience a little complicated (need to sign reservation agreement in advance via DocuSign) but ultimately was easy as you can enter directly your room via keypad code. Fully recommend the Tel!"

Since the management was not on site, I had to call three times for them to come to the property. I was on the verge of calling 311. Management needs to have an onsite presence."
