Tony was very communicative took care of a small issue we had quickly . The location was perfect and it was awesome to be able to sit on the terrace and see the sunrise . The motel was outdated but the room was spotless and the beds comfy and had all the necessities .

The room was great, Tony was on the ball like a boss on everything:-) took care of everything and I was impressed. The good thing that I did like was it was a locked gate to enter, so there was good security on that. I have to mention as I was unaware and may not have noticed when I booked that parking is $25 a day. I have no regrets. Bonus was there is no front desk. There is a number you call and he communicated by phone and by text. So basically, checking in was almost instant. Though you still have to wait for your room to be ready which was at 2 pm for me. ,:-)

Unit was accommodating and functional. Staff was easy to contact and responded quickly. Fantastic beach view from the room with an outside veranda for sitting and enjoying the site of the ocean and broadwalk. Just steps of away from beach and broadwalk. Yes at Hollywood Beach it is called a "Broadwalk". Many shops, restaurants and sitting areas along the broadwalk. The broadwalk provides for walking, jogging, rollerblading and bicycling. Area is kept clean. Plenty of to do especially if you are and active person.

Loved the location to beach, very nice shared balcony that over looks the beach. Combination on balcony door, which makes me feel very safe from harm. Staff was so nice, easy check in. Staff even carried our luggage up the stairs to our room. Gave us 3 hour early check in. Will be back again. This place is a jewel! Loved it, loved it!!!

Great Owner,Very polite & helpful. Easy to find, the boardwalk has mom &pop restaurants which were fantastic. Keep in mind the Music from the broadwalk goes at least till 11pm/12am. And parking is Tricky, besides Loved our Stay :)

For the price you couldn’t beat it. It wasn’t the greatest dwelling but was so conveniently located, it was somewhat of a hidden gem. Perfect for a solo traveler like myself or someone who’s on a budget. I would stay here again myself.
