"This was my second time staying at this stay. Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. This room doesn't come with a washing machine but some of the other rooms available do and there is a coin laundry 2 mins away. Hotel staff are always responsive and accommodating."

"Room was clean and have the bedding as described. Apartment name was Apartment 11 instead of Lite House Kuromon III which cause some confusion when trying to locate the property. Did not provide check out instruction. So we just left key in the lock box as provided during check in."

"It has all the good working appliances which makes it convenient to cook food and wash clothes daily if staying long term. However, it’s tricky drying clothes in winter without a dryer so we made sure to bring the clothes in to dry inside with the heater on when we come back at night. Overall, a nice cozy place which is walking distance to Dotonbori 😊"

"Place was great, I would suggest a longer stay. We had someone loud above us, but other than that this place had everything including two huge beds ( I’m 2m or 6’5”) and they were large for me. I loved the shower room as well and full kitchen "
