"la habitacion no estaba lista al momento de llegar. nos mandaron a dejar las valijas en deposito y los cobraron 6 dolares por cada maleta (eran 4), pero igual nos habian ya realizado el check in tomando nuestra tarjeta de credito y nuestros pasaportes. Por eso considero abusivo que nos hayan cobrado 24 dolares por dejar las maletas en deposito hasta que nos dieran la habitacion . Un hotel de esa categoria no puede estar cobrando a los pasajeros el deposito de maletas habiendo ya efectuado el check in a la espera de la habitacion. Una verguenza"
