"Tv only had local news and VERY OLD NYPD BLUE, Law & Order and Family Feuds. Many streaming channels, but only if you wanted to buy new subscriptions… No way to sign in with existing info. AC either very cold or not cold at all… Remote didn’t work even after they gave me another one. No grab bar in shower. Very old bathroom no ledges or place to put anything by toiletries. But the most uncomfortable thing was that there wasn’t a single chair in the room. You could be in bed or not …nothing else. A night table had the only drawers. Also one small table. No chest of drawers. Closet had no door. They really do need to buy some new furniture. One employee named Aaron deserves a compliment because he tried hard… But on two evenings there was no Wi-Fi either. The bed was fine. And they do offer chambermaid service daily, which not all hotels do. A tiny elevator that can accommodate two people max. (FREE) the best thing to say for it is the location is very good. But overall, I can’t give this a very good rating."

"This property was advertised as a BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE , DEN BEDROOM, ONE BATH. BEAUTIFUL DECK WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS. on the Day we were to arrive i received a text that there was no deck it had to be repaired because of leak. That we will receive 75.00 refund. on the way there we received another text that the key was in the mailbox once you open the door go.up the stairs to your room. upon entry a door opened and the owner asked if we needed help! We were surprised to see him there. We were not told owner was on property. We proceeded upstairs there was a bathroom, turn left 2 feet was the bedroom. No door at the top of the stairs. Not secure. Bathroom door had a lock. bedroom door had a lock but also had a keyhole that we never received. Owner has access to everything. With us there. The room was just a bedroom. full size bed water cooler tv on the wall a small shelf with tiny microwave and ac in the window. coffee/cupacino maker. We didn't it feel safe. the slider door had a broken lock. room was very tiny. The floor was dirty, the bathroom vent was very dirty. the radiator was very dusty. Dust on floor sticks to bottom of feet. A house was advertised as a COTTAGE not a bedroom with bathroom. Stayed one night out of 4 cost half of total stay. Not happy.."

"We called to check if rooms had Keurig type coffee makers and we were told they did. They did not. We had one bar on the Wi-Fi the entire stay. Most importantly we did not feel very safe there. The slider doors did not lock very well and main door did not even fit its frame. We had to use a key to unlock and relock a gate leading to our room and were afraid if there were an emergency how that could cause a delay. There was also a gentleman that seemed nice enough in the room next to ours on the other side of the gate, but he was wearing an electronic ankle bracelet so that heightened our fear level a bit. There was also a club with loud music in the parking lot right outside our room area that played until 2am and lights on all night that came through the curtains so it was hard to sleep. A positive was the view of the marina. That was nice. Would I stay there again? Nope."
