Great spot for a first time trip to NYC, was close to everything and the hotel was amazing from top to bottom. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Hotel was conveniently located in midtown manhattan and close to many attractions. It was also close to a subway station which was great for our first time navigating the subway. Close to many food options as well

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

Great location and beautiful view from the room. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was incredible! Top to bottom. The lobby felt warm and inviting, while still being chic. It had a garden terrace right off of the lobby bar. There is a coffee shop attached to the lobby, and coffee (hot or iced), hot chocolate and tea are free for guests. The beds are INSANELY comfortable! This was one of the few times that we got to our room before housekeeping was done. The smell of Clorox was affirming in that I felt like the bathroom was REALLY sanitized before we got in! IT. FELT. CLEAN!!! And housekeeping was not one person doing everything; it was a team of cleaners going over the room! OUTSTANDING!!! Wonderful desk staff, too! Great location; convenient to the Javitz center. Walkable to everything else in the city (MTA, mid-town, etc.). And it was QUIET! ...
