"We had an issue with the AC in our room and they gave us an upgraded room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was fully renovated in 2025 but the elevators were very small and slow. Over all we were very satisfied."

"I got upgraded, which I appreciated. The room had a nice view of seven Avenue and 36th St. All of the staff are really friendly. They charged a daily $40 resort fee. The hotel has an arrangement with the café next-door. You get a $20 credit which can be used at the café Next Door are on the second floor with their caféThe food in the next door café, especially the avocado toast with absolutely amazing. The gym was decent. I was able to get a good workout in. The hotel is very clean. I felt safe. The room is very comfortable. I like the humor of the swimming pool idea in the shower. On the floor said no diving and tiles said 2 1/2 feet deep. The pillow felt like I was sleeping on air and the air-conditioning worked very well. The WiFi was very fast. They offered candy and water in the lobby which I really appreciated. I would definitely come back to this hotel!!"
