「前払いで宿泊代を支払ったのにチェックアウト時にまた請求された。 2泊したがルームカードキーは1泊でしか設定しておらず2日目は部屋が空かない。 備品補充なし。 ツインをリクエストしていたのにダブルだった。もちろん変更してもらった。 忘れ物をしてメールしたが2日前のメールのチェックもしていない。」

「Highly recommend. The hotel was clean, modern and rooms very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks of an evening were relaxed and on the Friday and Saturday there were singers on. The swimming pool and spa facilities were lovely. More water fountains needed! Breakfast was tasty and good quality, however on the Saturday morning we had to wait about 20 minutes for eggs! The younger members of staff were not the best at responding to requests unless more senior members of...

Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood 」
