「Comfy easy access room with walk-in shower, very helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet given it was Eater Saturday night. EV charger parking spot was occupied for many hours by a non-electric vehicle and the adjacent spot occupied by an EV which was not on charge. Staff said they were not responsible for its use.」

「Stayed here for 1 night, didn’t know what to expect, but from walking into the hotel, the lady receptionist was lovely and really went above and beyond (thank you), and the hotel room was great—had everything me and my child needed. Would defo stay here again if I needed to. 」

「ガトゥイック空港South terminalから駐車場を通り抜けるとすぐ、約７分程度で到着です。 ただし、空港からの行き方がわかりにくく、初めて行く方はちょっと大変かも。私は複数の施設職員に尋ねて行きました💦 また、ホテルから５分程度でマクドナルドMarks & Spencer（コンビニ程度の広さ）があり、何かと便利です」

「Room was very dusty and was hot as sauna . Tv remote extremely dirty/sticky . No bottled water . Shower blocked . Toilet flush button broken . Food very expensive and not tasty . You have to pay service charge !!!! As a guest !!!Shame」

「Hotel is easy to locate and convenient for access to motorway (M25) and into Reigate centre where I found a car charger and a curry house and other shops. Reception were welcoming, had to take luggage and golf clubs up a flight of stairs then to end of corridor, no lift I could see. Inconvenient but wouldn't be great for someone with less mobility. Room was a good size, bathroom clean. Shower gels etc provided as was tea, coffee, biscuits. All was dated in appearance though, from downstairs bar...

「We stayed at Thatcher’s Hotel (part of Surya Hotels) for three nights during half term. Overall, it’s an average hotel but offers good value for money. The rooms have been renovated and are modern and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable which we appreciated. However, there were a few downsides.
