「The staff here was super attentive, nice and knowledgeble. Breakfast was also amazing and stocked. They were so good we decided to stay an extra night even though our ferry was delayed and they only had 1 extra room left we snatched it up immediately」

「Amazing variety for included breakfast.」

「The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!」

「Loved the hotel property, the spa was excellent, great pool and poolside drinks, took feedback well on some tiny points to resolve and enjoyed our stay」

「The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...

「Lovely hotel with a very substantial choice of breakfast - you can definitely eat like a king in the morning! Private dipping pool was great and location was quiet with a nice view of downtown. However, it is a bit far and you need a car or have to rely on buses (or just lots of walking including uphill on the way back). Staff were helpful and polite in general. Only drawback is the balcony part is not totally private, especially if the next door guests are outside at the same time.」

「Absolutely wonderful stay! Staff was lovely, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean. There are not enough superlatives for how wonderful this hotel is. The ruins inside are also so cool! Definitely a must stay!」

「We had an incredible time! The team helped us book activities, suggested plans based on our interests, were extremely kind and welcoming and the room and amenities were spectacular. To top it off the food was incredible! The breakfast greek yogurt with fruit and granola was my favorite ever. We cant wait to go back!」

「One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable.」
