「The owners / managers (Kyriakos and Stavros) along with all the staff could not have done anymore for us. We received a room upgrade and the staff are so helpful with sorting of any issues / responding to queries. There was no problem gaining sunbeds around the two pools and the buffet style ‘all inclusive meals and drinks’ were very good. 「Our stay at the Royal Sun Hotel was perfect. The room with the sea view and balcony was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. The Hill restaurant, where we ate breakfast each day, had a stunning view overlooking the old port and the sea, and was a delight to sit at each morning. The breakfast choice and quality was probably the best we’ve ever experienced. The pool was great with that brilliant view and plenty of chairs and sunbeds to choose from.

「Property was clean and accessible to old town Chania. It is a great location and the view of the harbor was wonderful. We were in the "Duke" room which was more spacious than the "Lord" room my son rented. There is no elevator at the property, You must climb stairs and if you rent a car there is no parking associated with the property. Street parking is crowded and limited」
