「Immaculate hotel with large spacious rooms. Lovely balcony with a sea view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a’la carte and was delicious. Makes a lovely change from a buffet. Staff were all extremely friendly and always helpful.」

「Beautiful , historical hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Good breakfast which we enjoyed sat outside in the beautiful garden. Room was also beautiful , cleaned to high standard . 15 minutes walk via scenic coastal route to nearest beach and restaurants. Close to venetian harbour and old town chania」

「The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access.」

「We really enjoyed our stay in the suite at Elia Palatino. Reception is in a sister hotel a couple doors down and it is staffed 24 hours which was great. We were able to safely store our luggage until our room was ready, and we could pop in at any point to ask questions or get help with anything. The room itself was nicely appointed and the balcony views of the harbor were beautiful. My only complaint is that we went to use the wine glasses and discovered they were dirty and unwashed.
