The hotel was in a great location, with a short walk to the Harbor and Old Town. The staff was excellent, and we really enjoyed the view from the rooftop pool/bar area. Parking can be tough around the hotel due to nearby construction, but we'd highly recommend!

We had a problem with the bathroom door and they upgraded us to the suite. Everyone was lovely. The room and the seaview were fantastic. Breakfast was great too. Pity we only spend one night there. Just a few minutes walking from the centre. Easy to park also (in mid November). Amazing price-quality, totally worth it.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. I was happy with every aspect. The room was spacious with plenty of closet space a a huge balcony with gorgeous sea views. There were plenty of convenient touches - a full length mirror, a drying rack on balcony for bathing suits, and plenty of counter space in the bathroom. I looked forward to breakfast every morning - there was a variety of foods, fresh fruits, pastries - the food was fresh and delicious. The staff are outstanding - they were warm, welcoming and very attentive. The hotel looks fairly new so all furniture and decor were in excellent condition. Nothing looked shabby or stained. The location is perfect - it is quiet and only a short and scenic 5-7 minute walk to Old Town restaurants, shops and bars. This is a wonderful hotel, and I highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

Amazing Stay! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, room was tidy and spacious, not to mention the rooftop pool, which was the cherry on top. Location by the sea and near the old harbour was very convient. Would recommend this from the bottom of my heart!

Wonderful hotel, with amazing views of the bay, fantastic location walking distance from the old venetian port and very friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment we entered the lobby!

If you’re planning a stay in Chania and seeking an elevated hotel experience, this is the place. The location is excellent—close to the harbor and old town—while the staff, including Haris at the front desk, Kostas at the rooftop pool bar, and Apostolis in the breakfast area, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and exceptionally quiet. We will definitely be back!
