「Had the most amazing time here at Sansal Chania Crête, the staff are amazing and so friendly, this is our first visit to Crete Sansal and we definitely will return, the roof top pool and bar was an added bonus, at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was fabulous, the bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. 「Nice and clean in the Downtown of the City」

「The beds were very poor. Considering this is an adults-only hotel, having two single beds pushed together to make a double bed was disappointing. Throughout our stay, the beds kept separating, making them very uncomfortable. The beds were also on wheels, which made the problem even worse.」

「We stayed just prior to the beginning of high tourist season, but the only things not available were tours. The location off the main road and near a smaller less-crowded beach makes it feel very private. Our junior suite was roomy, exceptionally clean, well equipped, and had a huge private balcony. Three pools(one heated), spa gym, hairdresser and even mail salon! We opted for the all-inclusive package - the food was varied and delicious. It’s a small resort so there is only one all-inclusive...
