「Can’t figure out what they could do better, staff is responsive, reliable and professional. This Resort is really good. Only downside is the sunbeds at the beach (the best spot on the beach), could need an upgrade to match the rest of the facilities. Will recommend this hotel/resort! 」

「Beautiful hotel. Staff was awesome from the second we arrived. The rooms with the plunge pools are awesome. Perfect location to sit around and enjoy the company. The food was amazing, also. They do not have an in-house massage service, but the front desk called a mobile massage service and they came to my room within an hour. Perfect visit at a wonderful hotel.」

「A very enjoyable week in Chania and the Sansal Boutique hotel. Hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the old town waterfront so is ideally located. Some parking is available at the hotel but probably not enough spaces if every guest has a car but there was only one night we couldn’t get a space and there is plenty of free street parking around the hotel. Very friendly staff, in particular Anna Maria on reception and Kostas and Zoe serving breakfast. Hotel has a pool on the roof - probably not...

They state there is parking available but it’s street parking which is available to everyone, not just the hotel. This is a major issue and they need to change this on their services on the App. 」

「We had a room with private jacuzzi. The tub and the separate shower room were excellent. Room was very clean. There was no staff at check-in and information on breakfast was not explained when we received a phone call about self check-in, therefore we did not have an option to have breakfast. Location is good for walking and beach access, but can be noisy on the street side of the building. Parking was free, but very difficult to maneuver, even in a small car. 「ベルモンドホテルは Chania 町での港海岸線に沿った位置にありました。 朝や夕方は、それぞれの時間帯に沿った港そして海の景色が部屋から見られ、疲れていた気分を一新できました。私は空港(夕方６時前に到着)からホテルまではタクシー(事前にホテル側に頼んでいただきました)を利用しましたが、ホテルの方が通りで向かえに来られていてスーツケースを持って運んでくれて助かりました。フロントの対応は大変フレンドリーで気持ちが和みました。部屋は上記の通り、オーシャンビューでした。周辺には飲食店が多く、便利でした。シャワーも周辺がプラスチック製まどで、囲めましたので、よくある不快(水がもれて後で拭く作業)なものがなく、良かったです。朝食は十分なほどのパンやゆで卵など美味しかったです。 宿泊料金を考えると強く薦めたいと思います。」

「たまたまですが、隣接のクレタン ドリーム ロイヤル ・スイートのプライベートプール付きのスイートルームにアップグレードしてもらい、最高の時間を過ごせました。 部屋のクリーニングの際には、毎朝ベッドにタオルアートを施していただいたり、ホスピタリティが最高でした。またクレタに旅行に来訪の際には滞在したいと思います。お薦めのホテルです。」
