Great hotel, all staff were really friendly and helpful, just very relaxed and hospitable. The reception staff arranged tours and car hire for us, really easy. As other reviews, the breakfast is amazing. The ice cold face towels by the pool very welcome, these little touches make a difference!

Wow! What a wonderful holiday we’ve just had at Inea Sole. Everything from the service, facilities to the staff was impeccable. The highlight was the breakfast every morning which had a lovely variety and always made to a high standard. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!

Very nice hotel

Clean hotel and very good service. The breakfast was amazing with many options on the menu. Staff member Manos was very helpful during the whole trip. Close to many beautiful beaches.

Excellent hotel & service

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely and quite new hotel. Staff were excellent, friendly and nothing too much bother. Really well situated, a very short walk to the beach and just minutes drive from the centre. Breakfast was really good and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Amazing stay in beautiful Crete

Thank you so much for the amazing stay! Everything was perfect: the location, breakfast, pool area. New and modern and very clean hotell with welcoming atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. There is a nice eucalyptus park just over the street, great place for jogging or walking. A special thanks to Karyna at the reception and the hotels Millio restaurant staff. They made my birthday celebration unforgettable. We will definitely come back!

Loved this hotel sooooo much. The hotel is gorgeous and clean. The pool was amazing and the welcome drink was white sangria. They upgraded us to the penthouse and the staff was fantastic! We will be coming back.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful hotel. Staff was awesome from the second we arrived. The rooms with the plunge pools are awesome. Perfect location to sit around and enjoy the company. The food was amazing, also. They do not have an in-house massage service, but the front desk called a mobile massage service and they came to my room within an hour. Perfect visit at a wonderful hotel.

Had an amazing stay at Inea Sole, all the staff were so welcoming, friendly, helpful and wanted to go the extra mile for you. The hotel itself is lovely, modern, clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing and there was so much choice. Only had lunch there a few times but again the food was amazing and decent size portions. You're close to a lot of beaches all within working distance and a few restaurants. The area is quiet but there is still plenty going on and it's only a 50min walk from Chania Old Town which my friend and I did most days along the beaches. I would highly recommend Inea Sole. Thank you again for such a lovely holiday and for looking after myself and my friend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Inea Sole Hotel in Crete, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel has been fully renovated, and everything feels brand new and wonderfully pleasant. The modern and stylish decor, combined with the comfort of the rooms, made for an incredibly enjoyable stay. However, what truly sets Inea Sole Hotel apart is the outstanding staff. During our stay, we had the privilege of meeting wonderful people like Thania she is the most delightful person. Her warm and welcoming personality, combined with her exceptional service, made our stay unforgettable. From the pristine condition of the facilities to the remarkable hospitality, Inea Sole Hotel has truly left a lasting impression on us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete. Our stay at Inea Sole was absolutely amazing! The hotel itself is quite new and you can see the level of detail that’s gone in to the decor and the services they provide. From the staff to the facilities, everyone and everything was just perfect. We had a welcome drink upon arrival, and an amazing upgrade to our room at no extra cost to what was basically a flat/suite. We had the opportunity to also arrange a massage via the hotel with a really lovely masseuse who came to our room which was convenient, all arranged via the hotel. The staff were also extremely helpful with recommendations to bars/restaurants, and were always friendly no matter what, even remembering our breakfast orders. The hotel is located in a really good place, there’s a few really lovely beaches and sunset viewpoints within 5-15 min walk away. The hotel has a bus stop 3 min walk away which takes you directly into Chania town (bus 21) so very conveniently placed if you don’t have a car. The only slight downside was the farmers taverna opposite can sometimes get a bit loud on a Friday/Saturday night but aside from that minor inconvenience, everything was absolutely perfect. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to annyone visiting Chania and would come again when we next visit! Thank you to everyone who made our stay magical :) Lina & Su
