「The food was terrible, i ordered a Margherita pizza and got a cheese pizza with so much cheese it could gag a person. The room and location were very nice and the staff were all very friendly 」

「What a beautiful hotel. Very aesthetic and very guest oriented. Kyriaki is brilliant and so very guest oriented. Every query of ours was reverted to regardless of what time we asked. Our stay was wonderful and the view from our room with balcony so beautiful. Amenities are very well laid, and housekeeping does a wonderful job daily in cleaning and resetting the room. Thank you for such a memorable stay!」

「Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

「Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

The staff was also very friendly and professional and super helpful. We also went to their spa services and it was so relaxing and beautiful. We had such a good time in chania in general but going back to the hotel to rest and relax was equally as great. Thank you. 」

「Beautiful hotel and excellent position looking out into the harbour and short walk to the Old Town. Amazing view from our room window. Staff were lovely. Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. 」
