The perfect end to our honeymoon holiday. Christina the host was amazing answered any questions we had and was very friendly. We had room 5 which was the top floor with roof top terrace and hot tub. Well decorated and pretty room. We truly had an amazing stay.

The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access.

Very clean and accessible in the heart of Old Chania . Plenty of places to eat , shopping and a 20 minute walk to the local beach . The host was always available via WhatsApp and helpful . Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed in the “garden suite outdoor hot tub” on the ground floor. We absolutely love the room. Beautiful stonework, and super clean. Olda and Vicky were wonderful hosts. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring old Chania. Absolutely recommended.

The room was brand new and extremely well appointed. The hotel is close to everything yet very quiet. The most important aspect was the people. Vicki and Maria were very helpful with everything from parking to dining suggestions. Available by phone when we needed a question answered! Never had that experience in any other hotel

The bed was comfortable and really nice room. Great shower and wonderful decor to the room. Our only recommendation would be to add a hook for the hand towel by the sink (but with fresh towels always provided it was wonderful). Absolutely amazing terrace with dappled shade, full shade and full sun depending on what you wanted. The outdoor chairs were so comfortable (I would love to buy them) and the hot tub was an absolute dream too on a hot day (and evening). We had a great stay and lovely holiday. Positioned right in the heart of town.

This was a gem of a room right in the heart of old town Chania. There was all that you could need in the room like a coffee maker, glasses and great wifi speeds. Bed is very comfortable. The only thing to consider is that the room is not soundproofed so you do hear a little action on the streets below but it was nothing too hard to handle, and the blackout drapes do not fully block the lights from outside out. We are light sleepers but either didn't affect us negatively but should be noted because it is listed with those features. Overall it was a great spot to stay for a very fair price while exploring Chania and we would stay here again.

Had an excellent 3 night stay at Qualia, the manager/host was always on the end of WhatsApp for any enquiries. The room was very comfortable and had modern fixtures. Great shower with luxury products. I loved the Nespresso machine/tea products. Having AC was a great experience. The hotel is in a very central location and within walking distance to many fine and local restaurants and also supermarkets. I liked the many local boutique shops in the vicinity. There was an excellent breakfast Buffett included which was in the hotel opposite. Next time I’m in Chania , I will stay here.

Nice but noisy.

Great, central location with the main harbour just round the corner and shops/restaurants immediately outside. We had room 1 which was on the ground floor immediately off the tiny lobby. Rather bizarrely there was an even tinier kitchenette right by our room door which other guests used late at night waking us up. Then the thumping nightclub music and shrieking partygoers woke us up at 3am, 4am, 5am, 6am, would it ever stop? Finally at 7am some peace. The room itself was large and quite stylishly done and had two WCs, outdoor jacuzzi and seating area. We liked it her room just not the noise. Being very good earplugs.

Spot was clean and very well put together. Plenty of amenities and the price was a steal. Good deal already and the discount from expedia even better. While i didnt see any daily staff other than the housekeeper, they were quick to respond to any requests even in the ealry early morning when i was locked out of the room.

Lekkert hotell med gode fasiliteter og service. Veldig rolig voksenhotell. Pluss med gratis første runde av minibar. Kommer gjerne tilbake. Burde vært egen balsam i dusjen. Duger ikke med kombi shampo og balsam for kvinner med mye hår.

地理位置很好，地处Chania老城区，逛街吃饭都非常方便，房间紧凑，盥洗室在进门的位置，不大，房间装修风格很棒，所有东西都很齐全，晚上开空调太冷，跟经理沟通了第二天再给了条毯子。需要注意的是酒店没有电梯，行李太多的话需要自己搬上楼，从进门开始一切都是自助的，有问题可以whatsapp上联系经理。经理还帮忙定了一日游的行程，谢谢.退房后需要存东西可以在步行10分钟以内的巴士中心。
