「Stunning property, down to the smallest details. Location is excellent, you into a charming courtyard to get into the property. As soon as you leave the property you’re in the old town but perfectly located to avoid noise from the busy streets, but have access to everything with ease. Parking nearby is easy, and you’re near a local street market every Saturday. Some 10/10 brunch and coffee spots nearby. The reception team were amazing so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!」

「This was a cute and very clean room in the middle of Old Town Chania. Perfect location, one block from the harbor. The room was cleaned every day and there was a lovely terrace for coffee. George responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay there again.」

To be in the old town need to trade location with size and condition of the building, but not in this one , ultra modern amazing architecture on a well preserved archeological site . My room was standard but it was very spacious which is something you don’t expect from a centrally located hotel . 「スイート３部屋のみの施設ですが、ベネチアンハーバーに近い旧市街に位置し、駐車場もあるということでここを選びましたが、大正解でした。部屋（ロクサーヌ）には写真のとおりバスタブがついており、熱いお湯が勢いよく出てきたので、ゆったりとくつろぐことができました。また、部屋には金庫、冷蔵庫（無料のミネラルウォーターが入っている）、スリッパ、バスローブなど必要なものはひととおり揃っています。 アレクサンドラさんには到着から出発まで本当にお世話になったうえ、お土産にオレンジまでいただき、本当に感謝しています。」

「Very beautiful boutique hotel with 8 rooms. Hotel manager Eva is so kind and hospitable. She was a wonderful resource. Includes breakfast is delicious and made to order. Location ideal in Chania harbor.」

「Very central and well located. Staff are veryy nice. Will come here again. The only negative point which didnt get them a 10/10 is the bathroom ventilation. The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it. Everything else was perfect」

「Nice location near harbor and light house. Complimentary wine and water in refrigerator. Be careful if you have heavy luggages, you may need to carry them on stairs.」

「We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view.」

「Great stay at Hotel Kriti! The hotel and room were clean, breakfast was yummy, and the staff was wonderful. The pool was nice, too - a good place to relax and cool off. The location was good - beach, Old Town, and the harbor all within walking range. The room was very quiet - almost seemed soundproof. Would definitely stay at Hotel Kriti again.」

「Jeg bookede mit ophold på The Alma City hotel et par dage før ankomst, og de var super venlige og sørgede for god service og var meget hjælpsomme! Jeg fik early check-in og kunne checke ind kl.4 om morgenen uden problemer. Selve værelset var perfekt! Super flot indrettet og med god og behagelig atmosfære. Hotellet ligger tæt på cafeer, restauranter og supermarkeder og det var nemt at komme rundt. Yderligere hjalp hotellet med airport transfer og stod til rådighed det meste af dagen, og...

「5泊でしたが、チェックイン時点ではエコ対応で2日に1回の清掃予定で申し込みました。 2泊目の後は清掃されていましたが、本来清掃予定の4泊目は清掃されていませんでした。 ホテルに戻ってきたのが深夜でしたので、抗議はしませんでしたが、残念でした。」
