「I have been several times and this place is excellent. The facilités are clean, staff are excellent and go above and beyond to try and help..I've only ever had one issue. But I do recommend this place for anyone with kids. There is always something to do. So I will be coming back and bring more of my family I've recommended this place to people. I still do recommend this , they should make the points (Hilton points) count for this resort」

「Unfortunately it was by far the worst Resort I have stayed in. The first thing that happened was that the person who brought my luggage up to the room stole.money from my purse. The staff was taking far too long to come to the room and I left them.a tip on the table and took my kids down to the pool before they closed only to find they had gone through my bookbag and stole $120 from it. I didn't want to.make a big deal because I had my 3 kids with me so I bit the bullet and stayed there as to...

「La habitación estaba limpia. El servicio de front desk fue bueno en todo momento . La seguridad del hotel en el área de piscina fue pésima . El Guardia de seguridad estaba todo el tiempo en el celular viendo vídeos y no se percató que salí desde los cuartos que dan a la piscina y me pidió que le enseñara mi banda como si hubiese entrado sin permiso a la piscina. Situación de mal gusto . El Área del jacuzzi decía que no era adecuada para niños y hasta niños pequeños entraron en el jacuzzi y...
