「Our room was dirty, there were fake eyelashes attached to the night stand, we saw it the next morning. Our toilet kept running but we didn't notice until bed time. I had reserved a room w/ queen beds, noticed at night the beds were only full size but it was late. Tried to use the pool, the main reason I booked it but there was a horrible constant noise running in the pool and the tiles were broken, the hot tub would not get hot. 「I was supposed to have a King Bed with hot tub. That is what I paid for. Unfortunately, when I got to check in I was told that they didn't have any more of those rooms. I ended up downgraded to a room with a queen bed, no hot tub. I was not offered a refund on the difference in rooms. Breakfast was not offered at this location. Because I had a licensing examination the following morning, I took what was available. I don't think I will go back to this location in the future. 」
