"First nights sleep interrupted abruptly by fire alarm going off at 4am, bathroom smelt of mould, mattress as stiff as an ironing board. Check in staff in reception upon arrival were good.

"The single room was large and ensuite and a very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was among the best buffet-style ones I have ever had.
I shall definitely return to stay in the future"
"Staff were polite and welcoming, the room was clean, although I got the family room which meant sound proofing wasn't great with the room next door and neighbour had the TV on very loud very late into the night.
The gym was week equiped and clean"
"Have stayed here a few times but would maybe try somewhere else next time.
It’s a shame but basic things let it down.
No sugar in the room. Very poor tv signal which was so bad we could not watch the tv. When we mentioned it at reception we got told the signal was not good in that room. So why not sort it !! Dinner was excellent however the service was dismal. Waited 25 mins for our plates to be cleared and then another 25 minute wait for dessert. All in all very disappointing for the price. "
Charming pottery barn conversion 2 mins from Horsforth train station.
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely little cottage with two bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. Lovely and clean place with some nice classy touches.Well equipped kitchen and there is a supermarket less than five mins away. The convenience of being right next to the train station is great, as long as you don’t mind the trains passing, as it can on occasions be quite noisy.Being a cottage it has some ceilings, mainly leading to the kitchen, (the bedrooms are fine) which didn’t bother us being 5ft 5 inches, and there is plenty of signage to stop taller folk banging their heads."
