「Excellent Hotel. Location is also perfect. This was my second time staying here. The food is also incredible. The hotel is so beautiful, the pool the room. Planning already a 2027 trip.」

「The hotel and staff were great.」

「I was so disappointed and am simply speechless. The property was poorly maintained, but the worse part of it all was the staff at the front desk and overall feeling exploited. There were ridiculous extra charges amounting to hundreds of dollars. Please look at my long history and the rest of my reviews which are generally 5 stars of excellent. I am not one to carelessly criticize. But this is a place that will essentially scam you and have you feeling completely exploited. They are incredibly...

「Very comfortable stay in the heart of getsemani. The staff were very fun and friendly. Freshly cooked breakfast every morning was a plus.」

Gracias」

「We booked Casa Lola Deluxe Gallery for a group of eight celebrating a friend's birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. Each room was gorgeous and had its own distinct personality, which made the stay feel personal rather than cookie-cutter. The location was excellent, with restaurants, shops and sights all an easy walk away. The service was the real standout. The whole team was friendly, attentive and clearly cared about making our trip great. Mauricio at the front desk and Duber were...

「good!thank you」

「This hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was really good. We had such a great time in Cartagena and plan to visit in the future. When we do, we are definitely staying here!」

「I truly wanted to love this hotel, as the pictures looked beautiful and it was our last night in Colombia, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. We received a complimentary bottle of wine with our booking, but there was no corkscrew in the room. After going downstairs to reception, we were given a broken one and had to go back again (because you can’t call from your room). The receptionist eventually came to our room, searched the kitchen himself, and still couldn’t find one....

「The breakfast is amazing and the staff is very attentive when it comes to questions and request. The rooms and ver spacious and once the AC is on the comfort is just amazing. Located in a central place where you feet and uber is accessible to get around. A lot of restaurants clubs and pharmacy stores are by the area. As well as currency exchange.」

Definitivamente me volvería a quedar ahí si vuelvo a Cartagena. Mil por ciento recomendado.」

「We enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. It was in the midst of everything and walking distance. We did have some experience with the guest that wanted quiet. But we was in the midst of where everything is noisy, so I’m not sure how they expected people to be quiet in the pool other than that we had an amazing time.」

「Worth every dollar」

「It is a small and very comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast and staff. Most of the staff speaks only Spanish. The vicinicity is safe and good for drinking, eating out and enjoying nightlife, but right next to the hotel is a club where sounds are sometimes noisy till 2 am.」
