「I love everything about this Hotel. Definitely coming back」

「Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. 」

「Nos gusto muchisimo el hotel , es muy tranquilo, limpio, con alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias tiene buena vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle, muralla y las distintas ciudades ; cuentan con personal muy amable desde que llegas , siempre al pendiente de lo que requeriamos , muy buena actitud, te dan tips para llegar a puntos de turismo, la ubicacion esta a 2 cuadras de la iglesia de la trinidad corazon de getsamani, caminando todo esta muy cerca . Es un excelente opcion para hospedarse...

「only thing is the pool was under construction, but they have a sister hotel down the street with an amazing pool that you were able to use actually have two locations of other pools. The staff was more than helpful in the Hot menu for breakfast is amazing. Try the Mexican eggs many people think it is only the buffet but the hot breakfast is also fully included.」

「I did not like that the reception staff from the evening to the next morning did not speak a single word of English. Made it very hard to communicate and order a very early taxi pick up. Although I had aldready booked this with the English speaking guy upon arrival. The morning guy was clueless.」

「We liked the design of the accomodation but the pillows were not comfortable and unable to use the sofa bed as the sheets were stained and had yellow stains all over. I didn't feel comfortable having my child sleep on the sofa bed with no blanket and stained sheets. Pillows on the sofa bed was stained also and looked dirty.
