A superb location, excellent and modern room, clean, with a beautiful hot tub and pool on the rooftop overlooking Cartagena and the fort. The only place to stay in Cartagena.

Amazing place, extremely friendly and helpful staff... always ready with a coffee for my Mom whenever we would come back from our day. The room and balcony were the best place to come back to after a day of fun in Cartagena. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable... so soft!

Great property. We had a little of a hard time finding it since it’s new but other than that we loved it. Everything is new and staff is great. Getsemani is a very lively neighborhood and you can find restaurants and bars like two blocks from the property.

I am handicapped and was given assistance throughout the trip breakfast brought to the room daily assistance up n down the stairs as needed will definitely return if u have mobility issues i recommend lower rooms but they assured me that i would be assistance and i was all the way until i check out 10/10 service

This hotel is super elegant and clean. It smells wonderful and has great service. There is no breakfast included when I was there. It is the best location as there isn’t noise in front only back. I was in a room on the first floor and it was too close to the entrance as there is always an employee there which makes it no privacy at all. It feels like I’m renting a room in someone’s home. I felt I needed to keep the noise to a min and I could hear everything from 6:30 am and on all day. There’s snacks and water on arrival in the room. There’s a safe, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Very luxurious towels and the bed is so comfortable but the room is tiny. Perfect for backpacks and carry on travellers. The roof top is the highlight of this hotel. The water is refreshing and it’s beautifully decorated making it a wonderful little oasis. It was a bit too expensive for what’s included and size.

The staff was incredible, bedrooms were clean af and the pool is awesome to stay after a full day walking in the center of the city which temperature can be up to 40C! HIGHLY recommend. So close to everything and far from the crowd!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Cartagena! Everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The amenities exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well kept. Everything was clean, organized, and in excellent condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cartagena!

Simply astonishing. The view from the rooftop pool was truly something special—extraordinary in a way that’s hard to put into words. The staff were absolutely amazing, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire stay. The room itself felt like a hidden luxury gem—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly clean. It had that quiet, understated elegance that makes you feel instantly comfortable, like you’ve discovered something special tucked away from everything else. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s one of those experiences that stays with you, and I’m already looking forward to coming back and enjoying it all over again.

La ubicacion esta sobre una calle muy sola y la cual nos dijeron que era peligrosa, aunque esta en Getsemani la ubicacion no esta al centro si no en un extremo, si me daba un poco de temor andar fuera en altas horas de la noche porque la calle interna para llegar ahi es muy sola y el callejon muy largo. Practicamente es como un hotel solo que no hay un telefono para solicitar al personal, como estabamos en el tercer piso teniamos que bajar para comunicarnos con ellos, lei en expedia que tenia desayuno incluido pero al llegar ahi nos dijeron que solo brindan agua y cafe. La habitacion es muy bonita tal como en las fotos pero es muy pequeña y no encotrabamos donde poner la ropa y toallas mojadas. Fue complicado con las pocas cosas que llevabamos por la falta de espacio y muebles pues solo hay un escritorio y un perchero. En genereal el lugar es muy lindo pero estas cosas son las que me hubiera gustado saber antes de reservar ahi.

Nos fuimos ENCANTADOS !! De casa sonara, excelentes instalaciones, limpieza, y la atención de todos, especialmente de Isa quien nos tocó más veces platicar con ella y que nos atendiera, sin duda lo recomiendo 100 por ciento
