Ni siquiera puedo darle una estrella, sentí que fue un fracaso bajarme en este hotel.pesima condiciones El servicio del restaurante es malisimo.insectos dentro del restaurante.acoso de los vigilantes en la entrada. "The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening. Guests are required to make reservations for dinner at one of the on‑site restaurants and reservations are difficult to secure due to constant “fully booked” notices on the website. On a positive note, the hotel’s beachfront location, along with the availability of chairs and umbrellas, made for a relaxing day by the water. The multiple pools were also a highlight. Those parts were enjoyable, but overall the stay did not match what was advertised."

"The apartment wasn’t what I expected at all, from the view to the size of the bed..I booked a king bed but it was a queen bed, it’s supposed to be a ocean view I got a view of the airport , the sheets was dirty the towels were dirty the ac barley worked! I would not book the apartment again. The hallway was stink! The only good thing about this was the hotel staff and security very friendly…next time would definitely stay in another apartment the pool and jacuzzi was nice.."

"Feel a little scammed with this property. When I booked they said they offer transportation to the city, come to find out it’s only offered at 3 PM everyday and you have to come back at 7 PM. We checked into our room to find moldy food. The WiFi only worked 1/4 days we stayed there, which is tough when no menus were offered at any bar or restaurant unless you downloaded the app and used internet. When I did get the app downloaded and accessed the all inclusive menus, I tried to order an Aperol Spritz rejected because the staff says it’s only available for premium members even though it’s listed as part of the all inclusive menu. The pool chairs were covered in bird poo. The safe was broken in our room and our hotel door did not full shut behind you, we had to slam it to make sure it shut. We let the front desk know about this and despite the resort being half empty they did nothing to fix these things or offer us another room. The food was stale and every drink tasted different every time you ordered it. Also you find out when you get there no breakfast is included in the “all inclusive” resort. Staff at the pool only stand in the “premium” pool area, so you have to approach them in a restricted area if you want drinks or food by the pool. Beware of this property there are much cheaper and higher quality options in the city center. This place is 12 miles from the city center and it really does make you feel isolated!"
