"reat location not far from downtown GR, very clean room ( we were impressed since so many reviews talk negatively) outside of the building is a bit dated but it’s kept up, halls were clean , bed was comfortable, there was a microwave in the room and a refrigerator. Sundance restaurant is 1 mile away. Great place to get breakfast. lobby was abit on the heavy smell of dope but its a typical Michigan smell in most hotels in this State so it was to be expected. That was the only place it could be...

"We were very pleasantly surprised by the location. The hotel is fairly brand new with two other brand new hotels right near it as well as a Meijer store and gas station. My daughter loved that there was even a Chick Filet right around the corner.
The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, the rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, and my daughter was thrilled with her breakfast options, especially the biscuits and gravy. She plays soccer tournaments in the Grand Rapids area quite alot and...
