「The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member...

「The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable!! We loved the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was decent just wish there hot breakfast tasted better!! Overall we loved it and plan on coming back in the future!」

「coffee machine was bad. tasted burnt. food looked good didnt try. staff was kind. parking was fine. even got offered to buy boots from another guest. took 5 days to get my desposit back. the hall on or floor smelled like Indian food. we were next to elevator which was noisey. i got what i paid for. a cheap room in a nice town. 」

We sat in a beautiful kitchen, windows all around with the fireplace going while we ate. Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable! The shower was excellent with high end shampoo and soap. 「Everything about what you pay for, However they completely ignore your Do not Disturb sign on your door. I was woken up to banging at 7am for them to grab my trash, and once at 11 for them to do a full cleaning on the room. Both times I had my sign up. The lady at the counter mentioned no manditory cleanings either. Just an inconvenience, really.」

「The staff were all very friendly with all our families. We were at the hotel during spring break for a stay invacation with cousins. Grandparents and 4 families. Very comfortable sleeping , grest pool area with games that our kids enjoyed. 」

「Extra travel costs so add an extra 300.00 to your cost for incidentals they it’s a hold for up to 10 days after you leave lucky I had this extra to hold because if not I would have had to find another place to stay 」
