Sunday morning the foul smell outside hotel & around the area was terrible. Asked when stopped to fill up gas & was told a dump & cow farm was very near. Luckily only smelled like that on Sunday am when heading out.

We’ve stayed here many times in the past, so take that into account. Room was nice as always, really liked the gym as well. Many options of equipment. Front desk gal was a bit nonchalant at check in. We chose the property because of our dogs. We stayed over the Christmas holiday, it was freezing for us Texans, but the space heater and regular hwat warmed us nicely. Make note, the tennis court has a gate to walk thru, down the lawn towards the deck/pool, house on the right. It's cute, quaint, ...

If you want to be around cow maneuver smell then this is the place.
Nice town
Fairly close to PJ Hoffmaster State Park.
Coopersville was fine. We were there to visit Grand Valley State so we didn’t spend any time there
Cute little town. Don't know much about it.
