We had a nice and relaxing time away. For the most part, everything was clean. Check in & communication were easy. The house was comfortable however the walls are paper thin. Staff was very professional and checking in/out was a breeze. Only concern we experienced was hot tub was heavy with cholrine. Wanting to enjoy weekend with wife and my daughter, we were very pleased with everything except that.

Was only here one night for a funeral so didn't see anything.
It was overall a great hotel. For the not so expensive price and our amazing room with the king-sized bed and jacuzzi bathtub, it was such a great deal! If we ever come back to Grand Rapids, I guarantee we will come back to Baymont Byron Center again
