"One of the bed frames was broken, the fridge frize everything that you put in it, air conditioning in the bedroom worked half the time. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. The door lock was about to fall off!! For the price that was paid you would think the room up keep would be a lot better."

"Our ocean view room had a nice view. The only cons were this: a very noisy a/c unit which kept us up at night; a sticky floor which was kind of gross; just 3 pillows on a king bed instead of 4. Minor issues, and it’s possible the sticky floor is a result of the flooring used and the humidity, since we heard from other guests we met that they experienced the same thing. The only other things we didn’t like: no beach towels and very expensive beach umbrella/beach chair rentals, which were really old and crappy. Had we known this, we would have brought our own."

"In general the hotel was clean and nice but for the price I paid, over $800 for two nights they had the audacity to charge me $5 a day to park and at that cost I would at least expect a complimentary breakfast and coffee which there is none. They will nickel and dime you for everything on top of the outrageous price per night for the room."
